North County Gymnastics Club

The club was established in April ’07 and within a short space of time, has grown immensely in strength and in numbers. We provide a programme which encourages each child to enjoy gymnastics in a safe  and friendly environment. Our classes cater for both boys and girls from 4 years and upwards and all levels of ability are welcomed.
North County offers a comprehensive blend of recreational and competitive gymnastics. Our main objective is to provide assistance to enable our gymnasts to reach their full potential within the sport. Our equipment consists of: vault, beam, bench, bar, floor, landing mats, trampette and spring boards and all our gymnasts train on these elements. Our classes are designed to improve each student’s motor skills, co-ordination, physical confidence and self-esteem.
In order to achieve this goal our coaches balance their  classes with fun yet challenging exercises. We offer a complete range of instruction with classes  available at all levels, from beginner to competitive. The gymnasts are put into groups with others of similar ability. Our beginner level classes introduce gymnasts to the 4 main gymnastic  events: vault, bar, beam and floor exercise. Gymnasts will develop their flexibility, posture, balance and strength as well as their physical confidence.
